Was Charles married to Mary Elizabeth Fowler? I noticed you put, "Husband of Edna Madeline (Wilkinson) Lucas" and figured it was a mistake.
If your Charles W. Lucas is the same as mine then he and Mary had the following children: William Edward Lucas, John Lucas, Jimmy Lucas and Charles Jr Lucas.
My research has led me to believe Charles Lucas was born in/around 1869 and Married to Mary Fowler in 1910 in Jefferson, West Virginia, United States.
