Elizabeth Lucy was born abt 1693 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, daughter of Thomas Luc(e)y and Mary Brookings . She passed away in 1738. She married 22 Dec 1714 in Portsmouth NH to William Chandler Jr. They lived in Portsmouth NH and Kittery, Maine.
