He moved to Trungley, Duck Creek near Temora with his family as a young man before purchasing and moving to Wamoyne
1890 Marries Margaret Stewart in Temora[2]
abt 1898 He moves to Wamboyne
The couple have 8 children,
1917 Samuel becomes a Councilor of The Lachlan Shire
1914 their Son, James marries.
Jun 1939 Samuel resigns as Councilor with Lachlan Shire Council after 22.5 years of service[3]
1944 Dies in West Wyalong[4]
Obituaries were published in The Lachlander[5] and The West Wyalong Advocate[6]
