Biography
George was born in 1884. He was the son of Charles Ludwig and Mary Gillard. [1]
In 1905 he married Ethel May Vercoe.[2] She passed away in 1929.
In 1911, two miners named Alfred Berry amd George Ludwig engaged putting up a rise at No 2 Level of the Crown mine at Karangahake were rather badly injured on Monday Afternoon. [3]
In 1930 he married Charlotte Stewart Jeffrey.[4]
In about 1929-1931 he was bankrupt.[5]
He passed away in 1942 age 57. [6]
