Obituary
EAST PALESTINE- Phyllis M. Powell, 78, of Bye road, passed away early Wednesday morning, Feb. 18, 2015 at her residence.
Mrs. Powell was born July 21, 1936 in New Waterford, a daughter of the late Hugo M. and Dorothy M. Seachrist Luek, and had done work as a cake decorator.
Her husband, Robert Powell, survives her in the home. She also leaves two daughters, Lisa McLaughlin, East Palestine, and Vicki Cope, Columbiana; and three sons, Robert Powell, Jr., St. Louis, Mo., Tim Powell, East Palestine, and Eric Powell, New Waterford. She also leaves eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.[1]
