Eliza was born on 8 February 1870 in Paris, Logan, Arkansas, USA. She was the daughter of John Henry Luman and Mary Jane (Weatherford) Luman.[1]
In 1885 Eliza was living in Creole, Cameron, Louisiana.[1]

Eliza married William Henry Lee Oliver on 15 November 1885 in Logan County, Arkansas. The couple had 9 children: Rosalie Oliver, Elsie Oliver, Millie Lucinda Oliver, Martha Nevada Oliver, Eliza Jane Oliver, Robert Elmer Lee Oliver, John Wesley Oliver, Gertie Maurine Oliver and Omie Loyce Oliver.[1]
In 1935 Eliza was living in Shelby County, Texas.[2]
