William Edwin Luxon was born about 1836 in Madison, Kentucky, United States, son of William Luxon (<1803–1901) and Elizabeth J. Hawkins (1805–1892).
William (30) married Sarah Juliette Ballard (22) (born in Madison, United States of America) on Sep 15, 1867 in Irvine, Estill, Kentucky, USA.[1] Their children were:

- William Edwin Luxon (1875–1955)

Research Notes
William was born on 12 June 1834 in Guernsey. Census records contradict this, placing his birth in Kentucky in around 1836, however his obituary, an image of which is placed on his findagrave profile, records that he was born on Guernsey and migrated at the age of a few months.[5] Which records do we believe?
