Phebe was born on 8 October 1723 in Roxbury, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Samuel Lyon and Joanna Weld.[1][2][3]
Phoebe married Israel Thomas (1713-) on 28 October 1743 in Middleborough, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America.[4][5]
Phebe died at age 71 on 27 May 1795 in Middleborough, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, USA. She is buried in the Cemetery at The Green in Middleborough, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.[6]
