George was born on 10 March 1733 in Woodstock, Windham, Connecticut. His parents were Henry Lyon (1703 - 1769) and Elizabeth (Marcy) Lyon (1711 - 1747).[1][2]
George died (age 74) on 3 January 1807 in Woodstock, Windham, Connecticut, United States.[4] He is buried in Woodstock Central Cemetery in Woodstock, Windham County, Connecticut.[5]
