Biography

Mary E Lyon was born on 27 Jul 1842 in Woodstock, Windham, Connecticut, the daughter of Asa Lyon and Sabra Ann Skinner. ^[1]

In 1850 and 1860 she was living in Woodstock, Windham, Connecticut with her family. ^{[2] [3]}

She married Theodore Wright. ^[4]

In 1870 she and Theodore were living in Huntington, Hampshire, Massachusetts with their one year old son Edward B Wright, who was born in New York. ^[5] Edward died on 12 Sep 1871 in Huntington, Massachusetts, at the age of 2 years, 9 months, and 12 days. ^[6]

In 1880, Mary and Theodore were living in Plainville, Hartford, Connecticut with their seven year old daughter Mary, and Mary's widowed mother Sabra Lyon. ^[7]

She died on 25 Aug 1896 in Plainville, Hartford, Connecticut of a Rupture of the Heart. ^[4]
