Biography
Betty was born in Grafton, Worcester, Massachusetts Bay Colony on 10 Jan 1764.[1] She is the second born child and daughter of Ephraim Lyon and Elizabeth Axtell. Betty married Moses Marsh in Grafton on 12 Dec 1783.[2] Betty died (prb.) in Yorkshire, Cattaraugus, New York, in 1853 and is buried there, with her husband, in Yorkshire Cemetery.[3] Betty's Tombstone shows her birth year as 1762; believed to be in error based on Vital Records of Grafton.
