Obadiah was born 16 Oct 1715 in Pomfret, Windham, Connecticut.[1] [2]

Marriage

He married a woman named Patience about 1738.

No death record has been found.

Probate

Obadiah Lyon of Plymouth, yeoman died intestate and on 6 March 1786, Obadiah Lyon of Halifax was granted the administration of his estate.[5]

His inventory was taken on 25 April 1786 in Plympton. His estate was represented as insolvent.[6] In 1787, a list of claims and creditors was recorded.[7]

In 1788, an account of his estate by Obadiah Lyon was recorded which included doctor bills, loss in securities, and administration fees.[8]
