Alexina Florence McKay was born October 7, 1864, in Saint John New Brunswick, the daughter of Alexander and Mary Cook McKay from Scotland[1], who later moved to Amherst[2][3]
On April 16, 1885, she married William Charles Archibald, son of Wallace and Anna Richardson Archibald[4], and they had children, including[5]:
