Laura Ellen was born on January 3, 1857 in Gaspe South, Quebec. Laura Machon is the daughter of Philipe Machon and Elizabeth Priaulx. She married William Anthony Rabey on April 24, 1878 in Roseville, Gaspe, Quebec. The witnesses were John LeLacheur and Ada LeMessurier. She passed away on January 4, 1936 in Gaspe, Quebec.
