I suggest that it was the elder Ebenezer https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Mack-104 rather than the younger, that was ordained as a separatist minister on Jan. 12, 1749, pastor of the church now called Flanders Baptist and Community Church in East Lyme, CT. See history http://www.flandersbaptist.org/history3 One reason is that the elder Ebenezer was a good friend of Valentine Wightman, b. 1681, and was with him in Groton for a time. (Stark, Charles Rathbone; Groton, Conn. 1705-1905 Pg 135-136 https://books.google.co/books?id=SAoWAAAAYAAJ&pg=PA135&lpg=PA135&dq=ebenezer+mack+groton&source=bl&ots=_KgL-z4Rxl&sig=Zx06HAE5Qntv3jAmVYm9UB94sbc&hl=ensa=Xved=0ahUKEwjdnfbur_TPAhWGYyYKHQwSA0sQ6AEIITAB#v=onepage&q=ebenezer%20mack&f=false ) He is a peer of the elder Ebenezer, not the younger.
