Donnie Mahon was enumerated as daughter of the head of household in Old Aiken and Tooney Road, Precinct 6, Shelby County, Texas for the April 17, United States Census, 1930. She was noted as born 1915 in Texas and single as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head Thomas Mahon, wife Sallie Mahon, daughter Oleon Mahon, adopted son Lewis R Ellison and adopted son Eugene Ellison.^[1]
