Biography
Duane was born in 1933. He is the son of John Mallory and Irene Runyon. He passed away in 1995. [1]

Tech Sergeant for the US Air Force during Korea and Vietnam. He was paralyzed from the chest down during Vietnam but still went on to serve several years as Alderman for Ward 1 in Dexter, Missouri. He died in office.
