There is no way to delete profiles, but you can merge. The Elizabeth that has the problem, doesn't actually seem to be a duplicate of our Elizabeth. You do have the option of just leaving her sit out there unconnected. I would do a little research on her and make sure she is correct as she sits out there though. At some point someone will pick her up and continue working on her. You should make one correction before you leave her out there that I can see and that is to change her last name at birth to Taggart. As the profile is now, if someone was researching her from a birth record she would not pop up and another duplicate would get created.

I've been doing genealogy since the early 1980s, with some pauses. I really like the ideas that WikiTree is founded on, and hope I can contribute in a small, but meaningful way.

I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step instruction of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful.
The Help Pages give lots of information about the process starting with: 'Before you import a GEDCOM'
Find instructions here for reviewing your GEDMatch Report if you want to import it into WikiTree.
