MARRIAGE
Manley — Saint
The wedding of Mary, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Saint, of Saints, to Eric, only son of the late Mr. and Mrs S. Manley of Modbury was celebrated in the Balaklava Methodist Church. Rev. C. J Davis of Port Wakefleld, officiated.
The bride's frock was of ivory satin, with shaped neckline and buttons down the back and on the sleeves, which formed a peak over the hands. The back panel of the skirt formed her train, and the veil lent by Mrs C W Dunow was arranged under a coronet of orange blossom. The bridesmaids Misses Joyce Saint and Ethel Lloyd, were frocked alike in cyclamen and ice blue. Mr. Reece Angel was best man and Mr Ted Allen groomsman.
The bride travelled in a teal blue frock with London tan accessories. The future home of Mr. and Mrs. Manley is Yankalilla.
