Elizabeth survived the death of her husband by 7 years. Her will calls her Dame Elizabeth Kemp, of Tooting, Co., Surrey, widow of Sir John Kemp. She desired that she be buried in a family vault in Tooting, in which her grandmother, and her grandfather Dr. Creighton, were buried. In her will which was proved in London 12th March,1768., mentions a daughter Elizabeth Lady Trimlestown, wife of the Right Honorable Lord Trimlestown, of the Kingdom of Ireland. There is no reference as to the father of Elizabeth (daughter).
