Biography

Baker Mann was born in 1786 in Virginia, the son of Branch Mann. He and his wife Martha had at least 13 known children. Baker was living in Morgan County, GA no later than 1808, when he appeared on a list of defaulters for that tax year. He passed away in 1866 and is buried in Meriwether County.
