DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with John by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
Y-chromosome DNA test-takers in his direct paternal line on WikiTree:
John was probably born early 1670 in Massachusetts because his next younger sibling, Joseph--fourth child of Jeffrey and Hepzibah, was the "first born in this town" according to his tombstone which is still standing near my house in Edison, NJ. I posted a picture of it on his page. The Piscataway records show Jeffrey as a resident in 1670 (along with Ephraim Andrews--Hepzibah's brother for neighboring town of Woodbridge).
