When Stephen was 22 he married Matilda Elizabeth Price on 11 July 1858 in Old Church, St Pancras, London, England. The couple had 3 children: Stephen Charles Mansfield, Emma Elizabeth Mansfield and Annie Mansfield.^[3][4]
