When this profile was originally created, Mary's last name at birth was assigned as 'Marblehead' This name may have been based on family trees or what appears on Geni.com, as those were the only sources initially found in the profile. A discovery of her marriage record shows her surname is more likely some variation of Marblehead. While the digitized image of the original written marriage record is indexed as 'Masillhead', a review of the document has her surname as 'Mapellhead'. Finding her parents could confirm her surname, but nothing to date has been found.
