Thomas married Jessie Margaret CAMERON, daughter of Henry Alexander ("Harry") CAMERON and Laura Mary SWINDELL, in 1934 in Inverell (R/D), New South Wales, Australia.

Jessie was born on 15 July 1911 in Inverell (R/D), New South Wales, Australia 7 and died on 12 August 1991 in Moree, New South Wales, Australia at age 80.
