William was not old enough to have a daughter who married in 1560 & Isabel should be detached. (It has also been mentioned (more than once) on his profile that his only surviving child & heir was Ann. Added to this, he didn't marry until 1567.)
There are other Markhams in this part of Lincolnshire at this time? (There is a Henry Markham having children baptised in the 1570s, in the same church as Isabell's marriage, & another Isabell Markham buried there in 1562; could they be related?) Also, Sedgebrook is quite a distance from Irby upon Humber. It was usual practice for a marriage to take place in the bride's parish. I would be dubious about Isabel's birth in Sedgebrook. (There doesn't seem to be a source for it.)

Elizabeth obviously died before her father wrote his will in 1570.
