I have been poking around genealogy websites for more more than 15 years, searching records as they become available and creating family trees for friends.
My interest in genealogy research started as a way to know more about my grandparents and great grandparents that had passed away and uncovering old photographs to piece together family stories and decipher what was true and what was left untold through the generations.
I am adopted and romanticize about my authentic genealogy and stories of how I came into the world and who I might have been if circumstances were different. Nature vs Nurture.
I am drawn to the idea that people are connected to specific places based on past ancestor experiences and am curious how individual paths cross over generations that provide meaning and purpose.
I hope you're enjoying WikiTree.
