Bernard Marks, 47, a former resident of Olney, was pronounced dead on arrival yesterday afternoon at the Richland Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Marks had been in Olney due to the death of his mother, Mrs. Flossie Marks Oulrey.
He was born in Edwards County and was the son of Wallace Marks and Flossie Walker Marks Oulrey. Mr. Marks was a veteran of World War II and had been employed as the Supply Superintendent at the Atomic Energy Commission depot at Indian Springs, Nevada.
He leaves his wife, Dauphine and two children; Larry Marks of Las Vegas, Nev. and Mrs. Debra Scrocum of Indian Springs, Nev. There are two grandchildren. He also leaves two brothers and a sister; Glen Marks of Olney, Ernie Marks of Effingham and Mrs. Mary Ann Harris of Olney.
