Biography
William died in 1751. In his Will he leaves £10 to his niece Ann Clutterbuck and the residuary estate to wife Elizabeth and only son Elliott. [1]
Note
The seals on his and his father's wills both showed three axes. This was the crest of a the Marsh family of Edgehill. If there was a connection between the two families, it would be before 1550. This connection is possible but unlikely. Families frequently "adopted" the arms of families with similar names.
