William Henry Marsh was born at Guy Fawkes, New South Wales, in 1840. He settled at Jackadgery on the Mann River. William married Mary Farmer at Grafton in 1885, and they had at least 10 children. William moved to 30 Villiers Street, Grafton, in later life. He passed away at Grafton District Hospital on 12 December 1940. He was survived by his wife, Mary, and 10 children.
