Owen was born in 1835. He was the son of Henry Marsh and Adeline Palmer. He passed away in 1903. Owen is the son of Henry Taft Marsh & Adeline Palmer. He married Clara M. Boyce on 7 May 1860 at Woodstock, VT. He died of "mitral disease of heart." (Birth, Marriage & Death certificates
