Biography
Rose (Marshe) Rush was born in Hertfordshire, England.
Rose was born about 1538 or 1539 (based on date of marriage and date of last child born in 1582) in Chipping Barnet, Hertfordshire (based on home of her father). Her father John Marshe was a prosperous yeoman and brewer.[1] She had at least three sisters and one brother, also named John.
Rose's father died early in 1559 leaving her a marriageable young woman.[2]
Rose married William Hurst on 15 June 1560 in Barnet.[3] Together they had five children:[4]

Hi Steven - TAG is behind a paywall. Could you tell us who the article says are the parents and with what sources. Or even better - start a G2G post about it, tagged ENGLAND and MAYFLOWER to get the widest possible audience.

"Rose Marshe, b. say 1538 or later (last recorded child bp. 1582), bur. Henlow, Beds., 23 July 1601; m (1) Chipping Barnet, 15 June 1560, WILLIAM HURST; m. (2) Henlow, 4 Feb. 1671/2, JOHN RUSHE".
Rose was named in the will of her father, John Marshe. All of John's children were probably with wife Joan _____, who he married in the mid-1530's. Joan married next on 3 Nov 1561, Roger Marshe.
Rose is Project Protected (rightly so) but has no project. Perhaps the England Project would take her on. You might condsider removing the unsourced mother also first.
Marshe-3 and Fisher-2566 appear to represent the same person because: They have similar dates and are both showing William Hurst (Hurst-27) as spouse. Fisher appears to be her maiden name. Based on ancestry.com her father appears to be John Rodney Fisher (1500-1556)
Marsh-3693 and Marshe-3 appear to represent the same person because: Appears to have the same relationships and B/D dates. Marshe-3 notes suggest that preferred LNAB is Marshe.
Please do not change the last name at birth on this profile again until we all have agreed on that there is solid proof of the correct last name at at birth. There are technical reasons for this request. Thank you. You may add any additional information to the profile bulletin board or to the biography section of the profile.
I cleaned up this profile, and after searching various websites as well as the sources included in the biography, I can find no evidence for a maiden name of Marshe. The TAG article (vol. 52, pg. 204) lists both of her husbands and all of their children. No mention is made of a maiden name. I would recommend that the name be removed until/unless we can prove it. Comments?
She also had several children by John Rushe: Elizabeth (chr. 8 Oct 1574); Susannah (chr. 1 Dec 1575); John (chr. 6 Jul 1578); Nicholas (chr. 12 Nov. 1582). All four were christened at Henlow, Bedfordshire.

Edit: Marshe -32 should be merged away as she is currently married to the wrong William Hurst, Unknown-205015 should stay with Hurst-686.
