Biography

Charles was of age by 11 Jun 1832, when his father Thomas Jr. gave him the 100-acre tract of land that had been given to him in 1817 by his father, Thomas Sr.[1][2] He married Letitia J. Booth on 20 Aug 1835.[3] They sold half of the tract his father had given him to Jesse Glass on 12 Feb 1836.[4] Charles was still being taxed on a portion of the land from his father as late as 1842,[5] but he left no further records in the deed or will books of Campbell County.

Martin-77435 and Martin-22453 appear to represent the same person because: David, I was looking to add Letitia as Charles spouse, and saw that she was already there married to Martin-22453 (orphaned profile). Please accept this merge. Thanks!
