She was born about 1754, being baptised at St John the Evangelist, Westminster (where seven of her siblings were baptised) on 21 Jul 1754, the daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth Martin. [1]
She married William Spratley on 30 Jan 1780 at St Mary, Lambeth, Surrey. [2][3]
Her brother Michael died in 1801, being buried at St Mary's, Lambeth, Surrey on 10 May 1801. He left a bequest of £200 to his niece, Jane Spratley, daughter of William and Elizabeth. [4] He left a will as of "Michael Martin of Lambeth Surrey, gardener". [5]
She is possibly the Elizabeth Spratley who was buried 17 Jul 1853 at Hoxton, Hackney. [6]
