1828 - 31 March, John Martin married Charity Parkhouse at Saint Martin, Birmingham, Warwick, England. ^[2]

John and Charity lived in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England and had 6 children.

1834 - Henry Martin - married Mary Poynter.
1836 - Robert Martin.
1839 - John Martin.
1842 - Anne Martin married Thomas Nathaniel Payton, they were keeping it in the family he is the younger brother of her sister Jane's husband James Payton.

Research

There are many John Martins in the birth record the one I have added a baptism record for appears to be the most likely. Going by the birthplace in the Census records, and the repeat of the family names with the children.
