Martin-6075 and Martin-7391 appear to represent the same person because: This is a duplicate. A difference in a detail does not matter if the profiles represent the same person. In this case a merge was rejected because there is a difference in which county this person died in. That difference can be resolved latter. Postponing needed merges creates more potential merges because people are busy with adjacent profiles and creating new profiles in the mean time.
