Biography

Howard was born on 8 January 1903 [1] in Warren, PA. He was the son of George Jason Martindale and Hettie Martindale.[2]

In the 1910 census Howard was living in Warren Ward 5, Warren, Pennsylvania.[3][4]

In the 1920 census Howard was living in Warren Ward 5, Warren, Pennsylvania.[5][6]

Howard, age 33, married Anna Marie Gustafson, age 21, on 25 April 1936 in Mahoning, Ohio, United States. Anna's parents were Charles Gustafson and Marie Anderson. [2]

In the 1940 census Howard was in Youngstown, Mahoning, Ohio, United States.[7]
