Biography
Dianah was born to Lemuel Martindale and Christana Cadwell on 12 Jan 1772 in Greenfield, Massachusetts Bay, British Colonial America in the midst of the American Revolution between the American colonies and the British crown.
She married Levi Stiles on 24 Apr 1793 in Greenfield, Franklin County, Massachusetts Bay.[1] They had 8 children that are known of on record. They are: Roxana, Ludolphus, Levi Smith, Increase Sumner, Lemuel Caldwell (Cadwell), Lucy, Semira, and Levi.
Dianah died 1 Feb 1854 in the same town she was born in. She left her husband a widower as he lived for another 10 years.
