Biography
On his WWI draft registration card, Herman noted that he was unemployed due to poor health. It was also noted that he was living with his sister Althea in Pasadena. By 1942, Herman and Althea were still residing together, Herman was still unemployed due to poor health but they had moved back to Massachusetts and were living in Gloucester according to his WWII draft registration card.
