Biography

Walter Mason is the son of Moses Mason and Lydia (Knap) Mason.

On October 21, 1793, Walter married Esther Barker of Waterford, Maine, the daughter of John and Rachel Barker.

Children of Walter and Esther are:

Esther Mason, married Eli Grover;

Thirza Mason, very likely died young, as their tenth child was also named Thirza.

Rachel Mason, very likely died young as their seventh child was also named Rachel;

Lawson Mason, married Anna Bean;
