Biography

Marcellus was born in 1867. He was the son of Samuel Mateer and Mary Willhoit. He passed away in 1887.

Obituary[1]

M. Mateer, of Adams, a young man about twenty years of age, died last Friday after an illness of six days. The deceased was a son of Samuel Mateer, who died some years since of injuries received from a vicious bull.
