Biography

When Phebe Mather was born on March 10, 1718, in Lyme, Connecticut, her father, Joseph Mather, was 32, and her mother, Phebe DeWolf, was 27. She married Andrew Sill on June 19, 1744, in her hometown. She died on May 23, 1751, in Lyme, Connecticut, at the age of 33, and was buried in Old Lyme, Connecticut.
