The 1914 Newberry genealogy (cited with approval in GM series) has at p.24:
He married at Yarcombe, 15 Jan. 1580/1, his kinswoman, GRACE
MATTHEW, baptized there 21 Nov. 1558. She was daughter of John
Matthew and great-grand-daughter of Stephen and Isabel (Newburgh)
Matthew, previously mentioned in the will of John 13 Newburgh
and in the list of lands held by Walter 15 Newburgh. (See
ante, p. 12.) She was buried at Yarcombe 18 Dec. 1632.
I was hoping that someone had connected the dots here, but at minimum her father's name should be OK.
