Biography
Alice Jane Matthews was born in 1853 in Gayton, Norfolk,. She was the daughter of Robert Matthews and Jane Palmer.
She lived in West Hill Farm, Gayton, Norfolk with her parents until 1891.[1]After her father died in 1896, Alice and her mother moved to 8 Bagthorpe Road, East Rudham[2]
In 1911, she was visiting her Aunt Ellen in Bircham Tofts, Norfolk.[3]
She passed away 3 May 1929, Norwich, Norfolk. [4]
