Biography

Parham was born in 1838 in , Montgomery, NC, USA. He was the son of James O. Mauldin and Mary A (Smith) Mauldin.[1]

In the 1850 census Parham (age about 12) was living in Freemans, Stanly, North Carolina.[1]

In the 1860 census Parham (age about 22) was living in Stanly, North Carolina, United States.[2]
