Biography

Henry Mansel was born circa 1249/50. He is the son of Sir Thomas Mansel and Hana Grey. He married Ellinor Haels, daughter of Hugh Haels ap Howel. He was apparently the first of the family to settle in Glamorgan. He was also known as Henry Maunsell.2 He lived at Gower, Glamorgan, Wales. ^[1]
