Frances was born about 1845. She was the daughter of the Venerable Robert Maunsell and Susan Cherry Pigott.
Her father was at one time the Archdeacon of Auckland.
Her mother passed away in 1851 and her father remarried.
Frances married George Schwartz Kissling (son of Archdeacon Kissling) in 1867. They had 7 children; George Harold Schwartz (b. 1868, d. 1952), Frances Nora Schwartz (b. 1871, d. 1948), Florence Ethel Schwartz (b. 1873, d.1960), Agnes Mary Schwartz (b. 1875, d. 1938), Evelyn Stanley Schwartz (b. 1879, d.1952), Wilfred Maunsell Schwartz (b. 1884, d. 1967) and Eva Mary Schwartz.
Her husband passed away in 1920.
She passed away in 1924.
