Research Notes

LNAB: Hypothetically, her LNAB should be the patronymic name Fredricks or something similar, but since there is no record calling her by that name, and the earliest record for her calls her Maurits, her LNAB should be Maurits. Smith-62120 20:36, 22 August 2021 (UTC)

Maurits-16 and Fredricks-49 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest maternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge into the patronymic NNS PPP. No tree conflicts. Thanks!

How is Pietersen the same as Mauritz? Was Mauritz the maiden name of her mother? Just asking before I decide whether or not to merge
