James was born in 1767. He passed away about 1848.

Name: James /Maxey/[1]

Phoebe is listed on the death records of her children as mother and Josiah Maxey as father.

James married Sarah Agee on 04 Jan 1796 in Franklin county, Virginia.[2] They had a large family.

They were in Franklin county, Virginia in 1810 and 1820.[3][4] In 1820, he was listed adjacent on the list to the household of his mother Phebe. He was also listed on the census in Franklin county in 1830 and 1840.[5][6]

He passed away in 1848 in Franklin county, Virginia.[7]

Inconsistent dates in profile. Says marriage in 1796 is after he died in 1794.
