Biography

Nathaniel was born about 1810 in Garrard county, Kentucky. He was the youngest son of Samuel Maxey and Judith Ford.

He married Temperance Embry on 19 Mar 1832 in Garrard county, Kentucky.[1] They had a large family.

They moved to Coles county, Illinois by 1840.[2]

Nathaniel, Temperance, and their ten children were in Grundy county, Missouri in 1850.[3]

He passed away in 1860 in Buchanan county, Missouri and was buried in Mat Green Cemetery in Grundy county, Missouri. Find A Grave: Memorial #9601602 [4]
